Your mission
  • Acquiring and establishing contacts with customers

  • Pre-sales customer care and nurturing of relationships 

  • Analyzing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the company's customers

  • Preparing offers, calculations and presentations

  • Conducting sales negotiations and finalizing them with an offer

  • Ownership over the entire sales process

  • Reporting of results

  • Strengthening relationships with existing key customers in the Polish and foreign markets

Your profile
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT services

  • You are able to independently acquire new customers and build relationships with B2B customers

  • You conduct communication with customers in an effective and professional manner

  • You have the ability to establish business relationships in the short term and nurture it in the long term

  • You are willing to meet with customers offline and attend industry events

  • You are enthusiastic about sales

  • You are able to work in a distributed team

  • You are able to manage your time effectively

  • You have a sense of responsibility

  • You have the courage to act unconventionally and think outside the box

  • You are a proactive person who is committed to achieving established goals

  • You are characterized by intrinsic motivation and commitment to action

  • You communicate fluently in Polish 

  • You know English on a communicative level
